Owner, Stephanie Davis
Stephanie is the owner of The Eden. A native to the local area and high school graduate of Norwell High School she believes in bettering the local community and supporting other local business owners.
Stephanie has a passion for theater and arts. With a bachelors in Theater she brings that passion to creating lively events. She hosts an annual murder mystery party that allows participants to act and enjoy becoming someone else for just one night.
Stephanie also has a MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. She is a project management expert who can identify a business opportunity, deconstruct the problem, and design a collaborative, and innovative action plan to deliver against the measures of success.
Traveling the world is one of her hobbies. She has been to Europe, and lived in many parts of the United States. Stephanie is a natural born hostess. She enjoys a great glass of wine and hosting friends and family at her home in Henderson, Nevada.
General Manager, Cayli Hart
Cayli is the general manager of The Eden. She is a graduate of Heritage High School and Purdue University Fort Wayne. She is an organized event planner that believes in hard work and dedication.
Cayli has a Bachelors degree in communications with a focus on team leadership and business development.
She has a drive for building relationships with clients and learning all of their personalities, quirks, and passions.
When she is not organizing events she is spending time with her two young children, husband, and dogs. She loves to create floral arrangements and surfing Pinterest.
Head Chef, Mary Beth Morgan
Mary Beth is The Eden inside catering Head Chef. She manages all catering for events under 300 guests.
Mary Beth has 10 years culinary experience in high traffic kitchens. She shares her enthusiasm for providing high quality fresh ingredients. She plants, maintains, and harvests fresh ingredients from The Eden's own in house garden.
Mary Beth has a love for providing a green environment in her own life as well as in the The Eden's day to day business. Mary Beth also manages The Eden's up an coming vegetarian and vegan menus that will be launching this October.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family and cat Gracie, buying bandannas, and wearing her favorite 80's and 90's band t-shirts.
Outside Catering Sales Manager, Edward Dowling
Ed manages all outside catering sales for our delivery services. He is also Head Chef for large events over 300 guests.
He has a Bachelors degree in Culinary arts and has been a chef for over 40 years with experience in high volume catering.
He strives for a knowledgeable kitchen environment that produces quality products with the freshest ingredients. Ed has a passion for teaching others how to achieve culinary skills in a high pressured environment.
Lead Bartender, Kelsey Prichard
Kelsey is The Eden's lead bartender. She is invested in providing the best customer service and friendly environment. She brings class and excitement to every event with her knowledge in mixed drinks and super drink memory. She will always remember what you're drinking the second and third time around.
She has over 5 years restaurant and serving experience. She is also a student at Purdue University studying elementary education.
In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and tiny doggy, Roma. She enjoys a good glass of wine and early 2000's hip hop and R&B music.
There may only be five of us managing this business but we have a team of helpers that also put in time and trust into our business. This isn't a business with only one leader. We are all leaders and all collaborators. We have all put in the time to plant it , watch it sprout, grow, and bloom into the creation it has become.
Within the growth of The Eden we have become a family of event professionals. Encouraging, developing, building, growing, and and creating wonderful events. Clients are not just another sale, they are part of our event family. We turn elegant occasions into memorable moments that we too will remember for a life time.
