Rental Rates & Amenities:

Friday & Sunday: $125/hour​
Saturdays: $175/hour
Hourly rate is charged for all rental time including decorating and clean up.

Eden catering is available for events over 50 guests. Prices and packages available upon request

No alcohol is permitted unless served by The Eden

Live animal fee of $25/hour

Damage deposit of $250 required in addition to rental Will be returned within 10 business days by mail.

Renters decorate, clean up. trash, and take trash to recepticles after event.

Contract and full rental payment required to reserve rental date.
