Text Messaging Terms
How text messages work at The Eden and how to stop them any time.
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Who we are
Simply Elegant Rentals LLC, doing business as The Eden ("The Eden," "we"), is a family-owned wedding and event venue at 14013 Emanuel Rd, Hoagland, IN 46745. These terms explain how our text messages work if you choose to receive them.
What texts you may get
If you agree to text messages, we will use your mobile number to send text messages about your tour, appointment or inquiry, event information and reminders, replies to your inquiry, and follow-up messages about booking your event. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you agree
You agree to text messages only by choosing "Yes" to receive texts on one of our forms (or by another clear opt-in we offer) and giving us your mobile number. Texts go to the number you gave us.
How often
Message frequency varies, depending on your tour, your inquiry and your event.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, and we do not charge you for texts.
Opting out and getting help
-
To stop: Reply STOP, or tell us in any clear way (for example QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by phone or email), and we will stop texting you. We will send one text confirming you are opted out.
-
For help: Reply HELP, or contact us at info@theedenevents.com or (260) 443-1277.
If you opt out, we may still contact you by email or phone about your tour or event.
Texting is your choice
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything from us, and you do not need to agree to texts to request a tour or send an inquiry. If you choose "No," or never opt in, your inquiry is handled the same way.
Carriers
Wireless carriers and the companies that carry our texts are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send and store our texts, and they may use it only to provide that service. For how we handle your information in general, please read our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
