A Look Around The Eden, a Wedding Venue Just South of Fort Wayne

Our venue sits on 24 acres in Hoagland, Indiana, a few minutes south of Fort Wayne, and the things you need are all in one place: space for the ceremony and the reception, a room to get ready in, and our own full-service catering team to feed your guests.

The drive in

The day starts before anyone reaches the door. A long, winding paved drive brings guests in from the road and past the grounds, so the city feels far away by the time they park. Because the drive is paved, it's easy going for dress shoes, strollers, and older guests.

Gardens and a covered porch

Gardens surround the building and give you room for an outdoor ceremony, a cocktail hour, or portraits with your wedding party. The covered porch is where guests tend to gather between the ceremony and the reception. It lets people enjoy the fresh air without worrying about too much sun or a passing shower.

The ballroom

Inside, our 10,000 square foot building holds up to 400 guests. The ballroom is the center of it all, with a wood dance floor, chandeliers overhead, and draped ceilings that soften the room and give it a warm glow once the lights go down. Next to the dance floor is our classic wood bar, which gives guests an easy place to meet up, grab a drink, and toast the two of you.

Barn warmth with a polished finish

Food from our own kitchen

Our full-service in-house catering is one of the best parts of an Eden event. Our team plans your menu with you, prepares the food right here on site, and serves your guests. Because the kitchen, the venue, and your event manager all work together, there's no outside vendor to find, schedule, or coordinate, and nothing gets lost between them. The food comes up again and again in our reviews, and we'd love the chance to cook for your guests too.

The people behind the day

A beautiful room only goes so far. When couples review The Eden, they tend to talk about the same things: the people who planned their day with them, how clean the venue is, and how flexible we were with their plans. Every couple works with an Eden event manager, starting from the day you first visit. Your Eden event manager is your point of contact from your planning meeting through the day of your event. Day-of coordination is available as an add-on.
